| WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER? | If you order goods to be delivered to an address, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be accepted at that address. All delivery's are made between 9am and 5pm Monday - Saturday. We recommend that customers should have goods delivered to a work address where applicable. All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the goods, a card will be left enabling you to arrange another delivery date. If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected we will refund the total amount charged if required less £10 (administration and restocking charge). If you require the goods posting out again, a delivery charge will be incurred. |

| WHAT SORT OF GUARANTEE DO MY GOODS COME WITH? | - Your hair straightener is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.
- If your hair straightening iron is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within three months of purchase it will be replaced, if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 24 months of purchase it will be repaired.
- The defective iron must be returned with its original packaging along with the proof of purchase and completed warranty card to the original place of purchase.
- This warranty does not apply to irons showing signs of abuse, damage, or to parts which are not, in our judgement, faulty. Nor does it apply to irons, which have been tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer, or its authorized agent.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear including chips, scratches, abrasions, discolouring or fading, use of improper voltage and current, misuse, abuse, negligence, disassembly and dropping.
We would respectfully request that you always retain your receipt or despatch note as proof of purchase for any warranty claim. We regret that no warranty claim can be considered without proof of purchase. |
| WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN THE GOODS? | H2D Ltd offer a full refund if goods are faulty or simply not to the customers satisfaction, this guarantee is valid for 14 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note shipping costs are not refunded. Any faults developed after this period are covered by the manufacturers guarantee period. Please note you must supply proof of purchase. As per normal high street shopping conditions in all events the cost to return the goods is the responsibility of the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

| WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A MISTAKE? | H2D's entire obligation in the event of defective goods, damaged goods, failure to deliver goods, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped will be to either, (a) Offer a full refund to the value of the goods or (b) Offer replacement for any goods of incorrect quantity, defective or damaged. Under no circumstances will H2D be liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss arising from any such occurrence stated above. The total liability of H2D in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods. |
