RETURNS POLICY: RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY
If your product has developed a fault within 36 months of purchase please follow the returns instructions below to return the item to us for repair or replacement.

Enclose a covering letter with the following information;

  • Description of the fault or problem with your product.
  • Any different return address you may require.
  • A copy of your original proof of purchase.
  • Contact email or daytime telephone number is essential.
